A trained designer turned passionate chef with over a decade in Israel's vibrant restaurant world. Adi grew up in a home where her mother's love for hosting left a lasting impression — she fell in love with the joy of bringing people together through food, and curating a full, holistic experience.
A graduate of Haas Business School at UC Berkeley. Gilad grew up on the Carmel mountain, right in front of the Mediterranean sea — always deeply connected to the environment, the climate and the cuisine he got to experience throughout his childhood.
